We are expanding our sourcing capability and looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Sourcer to focus on Corporate Roles (Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Marketing, Sales).
In this critical role, you will be the strategic engine behind our corporate recruitment desk. Your mission is to headhunt top corporate talent for our global clients. You will own the entire sourcing lifecycle, from developing sophisticated Boolean searches and market mapping, to engaging passive candidates and building high-impact pipelines at scale. This role offers operational autonomy, exposure to C-level stakeholders, and a clear pathway to a Recruitment Consultant role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates for corporate functions.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), and niche job boards to build diverse talent pools.
- Conduct thorough market mapping and talent intelligence to provide insights on compensation trends and competitor organizations.
- Proactively engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, building lasting relationships to create a strong talent network.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet aggressive deadlines and client expectations.
- Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new sourcing tools, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment, specifically within a corporate or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Boolean search strings and utilizing various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the corporate function landscape and the ability to identify skill sets across different industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write compelling candidate outreach messages.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership over results and KPIs.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional sourcing track records.
