Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates for corporate functions.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), and niche job boards to build diverse talent pools.
  • Conduct thorough market mapping and talent intelligence to provide insights on compensation trends and competitor organizations.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, building lasting relationships to create a strong talent network.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet aggressive deadlines and client expectations.
  • Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new sourcing tools, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment, specifically within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Boolean search strings and utilizing various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the corporate function landscape and the ability to identify skill sets across different industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write compelling candidate outreach messages.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership over results and KPIs.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional sourcing track records.
