Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
- Identify, track, and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide transparent reporting on project health, milestones, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and product quality.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and contribute to the evolution of internal PMO best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management specifically within the SaaS or software industry.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced roadmapping tools.
- Strong track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and distributed global teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
