Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, refine assessment criteria, and design effective interview processes.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide actionable insights on pipeline health.
- Represent our employer brand at industry events and networking mixers in the NYC tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
- Proven track record of placing high-caliber Software Engineers, DevOps, and Product Managers.
- Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and consult with senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of the current tech market landscape and compensation benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
