Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from defining job requirements and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding successful candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, professional networking sites, and niche job boards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand specific role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, technical interviews, and cultural assessments to ensure a perfect fit for the team.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track pipeline status, maintain accurate candidate data, and generate recruitment reports.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within the IT, Shared Services, or Business Process Outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles and managing high-volume hiring campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve recruitment metrics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
