Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI Servers and Networking products
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Define test requirements, create detailed test plans, and execute validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets specifications
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Stay current with industry testing methodologies and tools applicable to AI infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in test management, with at least 3 years in AI or high-performance computing
- Proven experience leading test teams and managing test processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of AI server architecture, networking protocols, and validation methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for hardware and software validation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
