Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently implementing internal controls and security measures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and proper documentation
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or financial services is preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations is an advantage
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, and possess high ethical standards
