Responsibilities
- Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence by strictly adhering to bank policies, security procedures, and audit requirements.
- Identify, report, and mitigate potential operational risks to ensure a secure banking environment.
- Provide prompt, professional, and personalized customer service to address client inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Promote RCBC banking products and services by identifying customer needs and cross-selling relevant solutions.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transaction records with precision.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards (KYC/AML).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with high scholastic standing are encouraged to apply.
