In this role, you will recognize and eliminate potential risk areas by consistently implementing bank policies and procedures. Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver secure, reliable, and customer-focused banking solutions across Central Luzon.
Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate risks by adhering to bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and cross-selling bank products and services.
- Maintain proper cash levels in the teller drawer and reconcile daily transactions to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Support business objectives by promoting RCBC's financial products and assisting with branch sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, customer service, or a banking environment (preferred but not required).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions with accuracy.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Willing to work in Bulacan, Central Luzon and amenable to shifting schedules if needed.
