Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale service delivery operations for insurance industry clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and client executives.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management for service delivery portfolios.
- Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and professional growth.
- Implement data-driven strategies to identify process bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal corporate governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (PMP/Six Sigma) is a significant advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, with at least 5 years specifically within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams in a global delivery model.
- Deep understanding of insurance lifecycle, including policy administration, claims processing, and underwriting support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing senior-level client stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital transformation tools and automation technologies relevant to insurance operations.
