Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including tellering, customer service, and back-office functions.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage cash and vault operations, including cash replenishment, balancing, and security protocols.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate product cross-selling and promote new banking services.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willing to be assigned in Batangas City and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
