In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of robust ITSM and ITOM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance automated workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- Design and implement complex automation scripts and business rules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional government teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain system performance, scalability, and security compliance in line with government standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support for platform upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements.
- Ensure high-quality documentation for all developed workflows, configurations, and integration points.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform APIs.
- Experience in managing ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB environments within a large-scale organization.
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience working on government projects or in highly regulated sectors is a distinct advantage.
