Job Description

Join Peoplebank as a mid-level ServiceNow Developer focused on ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB within a dynamic Singapore-based team. This is a 1-year contract (subject to renewal) with a strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Location note: Central Region, Singapore.

As a key member of the IT Delivery team, you will design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to support IT operations, incident management, change workflows, and configuration management. You will collaborate with IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric applications that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ITSM and ITOM modules, implementing CMDB data models, and building integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. You will contribute to architecture decisions, implement best practices, document solutions, and drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow deployments.

Required skills include strong JavaScript development for ServiceNow, scripting for UI policies and client scripts, and experience with ServiceNow Studio, Glide APIs, and IntegrationHub. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure modules, workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI policies to optimize IT services and operations.
  • Model CMDB data, implement discovery, service mapping, and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials; support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes with automated workflows and dashboards.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and release management; mentor junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in ITSM/ITOM/CMDB.
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript; experience with ServiceNow Studio, Glide APIs, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of CMDB data modeling, discovery, services mapping, and data quality controls.
  • ITIL foundation or equivalent knowledge; practical experience with IT service management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
  • Eligible to work in Singapore or currently based in Singapore.
