Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise-wide digital transformation goals.
- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Oversee platform performance, availability, and security by implementing industry best practices and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional workflows.
- Manage system upgrades, patch installations, and integration testing with third-party applications.
- Provide expert technical guidance for complex platform challenges and troubleshoot high-level incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of new ServiceNow features and process automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Proven ability to manage full lifecycle development projects in an Agile or DevOps environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in ITIL processes and a demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.
