In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing export and warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of goods across the supply chain. You will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and compliance teams to maintain high standards of efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Your dayâtoâday activities will include managing shipping documentation, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing process improvements that drive cost savings and operational excellence. You will also be tasked with tracking shipment status, resolving discrepancies, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ideal candidates have a solid understanding of export regulations, warehouse management best practices, and inventory control techniques. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with ERP or SAP systems are essential. Responsibilities
- Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/SAP systems and generate reports for management review.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export documentation and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations and customs procedures in the Philippines.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP software.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
