You’ll be responsible for maintaining an inviting showroom layout, managing inventory displays, and achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to educate customers and encourage purchases.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records in the system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales results.
  • Basic computer literacy for transaction processing and record-keeping.
  • Own transport and willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
