In this role, you will welcome walk-in visitors, understand their needs, and provide expert product recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining an inviting showroom layout, managing inventory displays, and achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Your ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional service will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to educate customers and encourage purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records in the system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales results.
- Basic computer literacy for transaction processing and record-keeping.
- Own transport and willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
