Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Maintain and update sales databases and customer records with precision
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support to resolve issues
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product distribution
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and tender documents
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship is mandatory for this position
- Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with FMCG industry operations is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
