As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to implement designs, resolve technical issues, and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to uphold construction quality and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and material requisitions.
- Liaise with project managers and architects to interpret drawings, implement design changes, and address site challenges.
- Monitor project costs and resource usage, assisting in budget control and procurement processes.
- Enforce occupational health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks and safety audits as needed.
- Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed works, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (or equivalent professional certification) is highly preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction supervisory role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD is an advantage.
