Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Site Logistics Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Calamba City, Laguna. In this pivotal role, you will lead the entire end-to-end process of warehouse operations, encompassing inbound logistics, outbound distribution, quality assurance, and safety compliance. As the Site Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic logistics plans that enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all warehouse activities
- Manage and train a team of logistics staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee inventory management and control systems to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics coordination, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
