Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory levels at the site.
- Monitor and optimize daily warehousing operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular cycle counts to support inventory integrity.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, and shortages.
- Analyze logistics data, generate performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; enforce proper documentation and audit trails.
- Coordinate with store operations and local teams to support continuous store supply, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution, preferably in a consumer-facing or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to be on-site, travel within the region as needed, and work flexible hours as required.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to logistics and food-service operations.
- Driving license or familiarity with local transport regulations is a plus.
