Welltech Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for monthly progress claims, expenditure budget forecasting, and resource allocation. You will act as the primary liaison between the project team, clients, and regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with building codes and regulations. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial design through final handover.
- Forecast and monitor monthly progress claims and expenditure budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Supervise and direct on-site construction activities, including subcontractor management and workforce allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to track milestones and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, schedules, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and resources in line with project timelines.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards (WSH).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport preferred.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Safety (e.g., BizSafe Level 3) is an added advantage.
