Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Site Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary lead for on-site operations, ensuring that our construction projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will act as the key liaison between stakeholders, subcontractors, and our internal management team to drive progress within strict timelines and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and design specifications.
- Enforce strict workplace safety standards (WSH) and ensure all site personnel comply with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain workflows.
- Monitor project budgets, manage site expenditures, and optimize resource deployment to prevent overruns.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and potential risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality meets company and industry standards.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and heavy equipment mobilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in site management or construction supervision within Singapore.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a related construction discipline.
- Strong knowledge of local Singaporean building codes, BCA regulations, and WSH legislation.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex site environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) and documentation tools.
- Current certifications in relevant construction safety courses are highly preferred.
