Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care for workers on-site.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and incident reports for all clinic visits.
- Conduct regular health orientations and safety briefings regarding site-specific hazards.
- Monitor and replenish the site first aid kits and medical supply inventory.
- Coordinate with local hospitals or medical facilities for cases requiring further treatment or emergency evacuation.
- Perform health screenings and wellness checks for project personnel.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Assist in the promotion of a health-conscious and safe work culture throughout the Sembrano Project.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (PRC License holder).
- Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in an industrial/construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and first aid procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse work teams.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pililla, Rizal.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office for administrative reporting and documentation.
