Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive on-site medical consultations and primary care to employees.
- Conduct pre-employment, annual, and exit physical examinations.
- Manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including emergency response and referral coordination.
- Design and implement effective employee wellness and health promotion programs.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE, OSH, and other regulatory health standards.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and manage the clinic's medicine inventory.
- Advise management on health risk assessments, ergonomic solutions, and safety protocols.
- Evaluate employee fitness for work and recommend appropriate accommodations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) in the Philippines.
- Completed residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Health is an advantage.
- Must hold a valid PRC license and S2 DOLE accreditation (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in emergency medicine, basic life support (BLS), and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Able to commit to a flexible part-time schedule (e.g., 4-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Background in corporate health, industrial medicine, or occupational safety is a distinct plus.
