People Profilers is looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support a high‑priority government project in Singapore. This role blends software engineering and IT operations to improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud‑based services.
You will design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation frameworks that keep our systems running smoothly 24/7. Collaborating with development teams, you’ll drive continuous integration and delivery pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and enforce security and compliance standards required for government clearance.

Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and manage AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software releases.
- Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python, Bash, and Terraform.
- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
- Create and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive post‑incident reviews.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and government clearance requirements.
- Mentor team members and advocate for reliability best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
