Job Description

Join Green Summit Development – a dynamic and growing construction company in Miri, Sarawak. We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities. In this critical role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will be the primary link between project management, subcontractors, and site workers, driving daily operations while maintaining strict compliance with regulations and company policies. Your leadership will help us build not just structures, but lasting communities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve quality, safety, and compliance issues promptly.
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, and corrective actions to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material deliveries, and equipment logs.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Facilitate on‑site meetings and toolbox talks to communicate project updates and safety protocols.
  • Assist in material take‑offs, procurement requests, and inventory control to prevent shortages.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards (OSHA/ISM).
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on‑site in Miri, Sarawak.
  • Certification in CIDB or relevant construction safety training is an advantage.
