Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for smart energy deployment projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including PW4 standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule and execute work.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or deviations promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, permits, and work logs.
- Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a culture of discipline and excellence.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns.
Qualifications
- Valid PW4 electrical wiring license (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of smart energy systems, electrical installations, and building codes.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Own transport and willingness to travel across KL and Selangor.
