Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring adherence to project plans and blueprints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
- Monitor and manage construction materials and equipment inventory on-site.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily site progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges during construction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all site staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a site supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and reading technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
