Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations at the Teluk Intan poultry farm site
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and material deliveries
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management
- Resolve on-site technical issues and operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/agricultural projects
- Certification in construction safety management (OSHA/SAMBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field required
