Our client, a well-established contractor with a strong portfolio in HDB and condominium projects, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (A1/HDB/Condo) to join their team in Tampines.
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from ground works to completion. Your responsibilities include supervising site activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
This position offers a competitive salary of $3,500 – $4,800 per month, AWS bonus, and a 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off. You will have the opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Relevant certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer.
- Experience in HDB and Condo projects preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certified in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or equivalent.
- Candidates with A1 grading experience will be an advantage.
