We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Penyelia Tapak) to join our team in Kajang, Selangor. As a Site Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with government quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction management, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively between subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures for all upgrading and repair works.
- Ensure all site activities comply with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations and company safety policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage material delivery, site inventory, and equipment usage effectively.
- Maintain daily site reports and communicate progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts or delays.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably with government project exposure.
- Strong knowledge of building construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work at project sites in and around the Kajang area.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
