Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily piling operations, ensuring all activities align with project schedules and engineering plans.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and site rules to ensure a zero-accident environment.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials on-site to guarantee compliance with technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site logs to project management.
- Manage site logistics, including equipment tracking and resource allocation.
- Mentor and lead junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency on-site.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in piling operations.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (SSS) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of local safety standards (OSHA/MSDS) and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is a plus.
