Join Anradus and be part of Singapore's most ambitious infrastructure development! We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee reinforced concrete works and excavation activities for our prestigious LTA - MRT Projects.
As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of mass rapid transit infrastructure that connects communities across Singapore. Your expertise in reinforced concrete works and site management will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and project timelines.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with project engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams to coordinate daily site activities. Your responsibilities include implementing strict safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with Singapore's construction regulations and LTA standards.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 per month, commensurate with experience. You'll have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking MRT projects that will shape Singapore's transportation landscape for generations to come.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate reinforced concrete works and excavation activities for MRT infrastructure projects
- Manage and direct subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
- Implement and enforce site safety regulations, protocols, and best practices in accordance with LTA and MOM guidelines
- Monitor project timelines and progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments on concrete works and structural elements
- Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, material logs, and progress records
- Coordinate with project engineers and architects to resolve technical issues and construction queries
- Ensure proper handling and storage of construction materials and equipment on site
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site supervision experience in reinforced concrete works
- Prior experience working on LTA MRT projects or major infrastructure developments is highly advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, safety standards, and LTA requirements
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Possession of relevant safety certifications such as CSOC or Workplace Safety and Health qualifications
