Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software for window-based systems in semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to integrate software components
- Perform system-level debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Write and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user manuals
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Support factory acceptance testing and on-site commissioning when required
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported from production or customer sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Windows system software development
- Proficiency in C++, C#, or .NET with strong knowledge of Windows API and Win32 programming
- Experience with device drivers, embedded systems, or real-time operating systems is a plus
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred; open to candidates with relevant work passes
