Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance software tools using Python for R&D prototype projects.
- Automate repetitive business processes through advanced Macro scripting.
- Design, deploy, and manage web-based applications to support internal engineering workflows.
- Create interactive, data-driven dashboards and reports using PowerBI to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Perform rigorous software debugging and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Provide onsite Design & Failure (DF) support, troubleshooting issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development or programming roles.
- Proficiency in Python and strong experience with Excel Macro/VBA automation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Microsoft PowerBI.
- Familiarity with web application development frameworks and RESTful APIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to debug complex technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear onsite technical support.
