Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for solar energy solutions within the assigned territory in Singapore.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and on-site evaluations to understand client requirements and propose customized solar PV systems.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, detailed proposals, and lead contract negotiations to secure new client accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and qualification to project closing, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular sales reports, accurate forecasts, and maintain meticulous records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or related technical sales industry.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, energy economics, and sustainable energy solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close complex sales deals.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Singapore for client meetings and site visits.
