Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging cloud, infrastructure, and software technologies.
- Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical proposals, including solution design, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and solution capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design methodologies and pre-sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture or pre-sales roles within the IT/ICT industry.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Experience in designing solutions for large-scale, mission-critical environments.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
