Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions, translating client needs into scalable architectures for unified communications, networking, and security.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
  • Lead technical proposal development, including response to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring competitive and innovative solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key technology vendors and internal cross-functional teams to stay ahead of product roadmaps and market trends.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of technical best practices and reusable assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or sales engineering within the IT/telecommunications industry.
  • Deep knowledge of unified communications platforms (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams), networking fundamentals (e.g., SD-WAN, routing/switching), and security frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, Avaya ACIS, Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment with a customer-first mindset.
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
