You won't just be selling products; you will be designing space-saving solutions, understanding industrial workflows, and driving growth in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the market share for racking and warehouse equipment solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate client warehouse layouts and propose customized storage solutions.
  • Prepare professional technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including warehouse managers, plant directors, and procurement heads.
  • Provide expert technical advice on racking safety standards, material handling, and storage efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active prospecting and lead conversion.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in racking, material handling, or warehouse automation.
  • Strong understanding of industrial warehouse operations and storage space optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent client visits.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional business acumen.
  • Ability to read technical drawings or familiarity with AutoCAD is a distinct advantage.
