Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach in the multi-housing market segment.
- Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Consult with clients to assess their fitness facility needs and provide tailored equipment and design solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and property decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide on-site consultations and verify project requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to travel within the Selangor region as required for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Passionate about the fitness, wellness, or property management industry.
