Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed individual and clinic sales targets by promoting premium packages and high-end skincare services.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve team goals.
- Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase average transaction value.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a cohesive customer journey from inquiry to treatment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering premium service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant certifications in sales or beauty management are a plus.
