Primepower Manpower Services is actively seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Makati City, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will hold a DOH license and NCII certification with proven experience delivering professional spa treatments in a clinical or spa setting. We prefer a college graduate who is female and under 35 years of age, committed to delivering an exceptional client experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a diverse range of spa services including therapeutic massages, facials, body treatments, and routine skincare protocols. You will assess client needs, follow approved treatment plans, and monitor progress while maintaining meticulous service records. You will ensure that every session adheres to DOH guidelines and industry best practices, sanitize treatment rooms between clients, and maintain a clean and serene spa environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform a range of spa therapies including massages, facials, body treatments, and other approved wellness services.
- Assess client needs, discuss goals, and tailor treatments for optimal relaxation and results.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic treatment environment in compliance with DOH guidelines.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment; sterilize tools between clients and maintain stocked supplies.
- Document treatments and client feedback; maintain accurate appointment and service records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on aftercare, and promote additional wellness offerings.
- Collaborate with licensed professionals to develop personalized care plans and monitor client progress.
- Respect client privacy and maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- DOH-licensed Spa Therapist with NCII certification and relevant spa experience.
- Preferably college graduate; female candidates under 35 are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spa therapies, skincare, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-relations skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment in Makati/Metro Manila.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
