Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients, providing clear communication and administrative support.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate scheduling for medical consultations, follow-ups, and specialized procedures.
- Facilitate language interpretation during patient consultations and clinical discussions.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and process medical billing, insurance documentation, and office correspondence.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, front-office coordination, or a related healthcare role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
- Proficiency in office management software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- High level of integrity regarding patient data privacy and HIPAA compliance (or local health privacy standards).
- Ability to work full-time hours in our Makati City office.
