As an SPG Mobile, you will play a crucial role in driving product awareness and sales performance. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our products, educating customers on features and benefits, and ensuring our brand is prominently displayed at various retail locations throughout the city.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, assisting with stock management, and maintaining detailed sales reports. Regular coordination with retail partners and providing feedback on market conditions will also be key aspects of this role.
We offer a competitive compensation package with a monthly salary ranging from Rp 4,180,000 to Rp 5,450,000, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Responsibilities
- Promote and educate customers on company products through engaging demonstrations and presentations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned
- Assist in maintaining product displays, ensuring optimal visibility and proper stock levels
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and provide constructive feedback to management
- Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to company standards at all retail locations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a field environment
- Willingness and ability to work mobile/field assignments across various locations
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior sales or retail experience is advantageous
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Residing in Balikpapan or willing to relocate to East Kalimantan
