You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sponsorship management, from initial lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and post-event relationship management. Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential corporate sponsors and strategic partners to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation decks tailored to the needs of diverse partners.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, providing exceptional account management and ensuring high retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure all sponsorship deliverables and brand placements are fulfilled accurately.
- Monitor and report on sponsorship performance metrics and ROI to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and current partners using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
