As the SPV HR - Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies. You should possess a keen eye for talent, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers.
- Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and identify high-potential candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and time-to-fill targets.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS or ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
