PT Supracor Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Human Resource & General Affair to join our team in Mojokerto. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our workplace culture and operational stability, ensuring that both our human capital and facility management strategies align with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in Indonesian labor law, talent management, and administrative efficiency. You will oversee daily HRGA activities, bridging the gap between management strategy and employee welfare to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage General Affair functions, including building maintenance, vehicle management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Manpower Laws and internal company regulations.
- Coordinate payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and benefit management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Prepare periodic HRGA reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HRGA supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
