Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services using GoLang.
- Design and implement RESTful and gRPC APIs for seamless integration across platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Optimize backend systems for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures within the backend infrastructure.
- Contribute to cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
- Deep expertise in Go (Golang) and its concurrency patterns.
- Proven experience building and maintaining distributed systems and microservices.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
