Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders; translate into functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, QA, and Operations to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead requirements workshops, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and gap analyses; create BPMN diagrams and data models to support decision-making.
  • Define success metrics, develop dashboards, and monitor KPIs to measure value realization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, risks, and mitigations; facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, user stories, and sprint planning in an Agile environment; ensure documentation is clear and maintainable.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve customer experiences across channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant work experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within ICT, BPO, or tech-enabled environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization basics.
  • Proficiency with BPMN, UML, MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and other analysis/tools; experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid work setting; proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement; familiarity with financial/accrual metrics is a plus.
