IT by Design Philippines Inc. is looking for a strategic and highly motivated Senior HR Generalist to drive our Human Resources operations in Taguig City. This is a high-impact role where you will lead initiatives across HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Onboarding. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from strategic onboarding through to offboarding and exit interviews.
  • Serve as the primary expert on Employee Relations, conducting investigations and implementing fair resolutions.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and internal company policies.
  • Lead and optimize HR operations, including policy administration, HRIS management, and data reporting.
  • Partner with leadership on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and benchmarking.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Mentor and develop junior HR team members to build organizational capability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (preferably in the IT/BPO sector).
  • Proven experience in handling complex Employee Relations investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical, tech-savvy, and proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work on a full-time, onsite basis in Taguig City.
