Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from strategic onboarding through to offboarding and exit interviews.
- Serve as the primary expert on Employee Relations, conducting investigations and implementing fair resolutions.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and internal company policies.
- Lead and optimize HR operations, including policy administration, HRIS management, and data reporting.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and benchmarking.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop junior HR team members to build organizational capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (preferably in the IT/BPO sector).
- Proven experience in handling complex Employee Relations investigations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly analytical, tech-savvy, and proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to work on a full-time, onsite basis in Taguig City.
