Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue sales quotations, contracts, and invoices accurately and timely.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and meeting preparations.
  • Support marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials and tracking campaign responses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
